OrderTrac supports printing Dymo LabelWriter labels for Items and POS Items. Labels can contain information such as item description, barcodes, vendor name, customer name etc. You can create your own custom label using any of the available label sizes with any of the desired supported data on the label.
First, you must have Dymo Connect installed. Once installed, open Dymo connect. First, select the desired label size on the bottom right (1). Then, add objects to the label by selecting the Add button (2). The most common objects would be text objects, barcodes, or even the image object to add your logo. Once an object has been added, select the object on the label and update the value of that object to one of the allowed values as defined below (3). By setting the object value to an allowed value supported by OrderTrac, it allows OrderTrac to recognize that object and replace the correct value. For example when it sees "VENDOR", it knows to replace that text with the vendor name of the item being printed.

Once you have your label set up as you desire, click File > Save As.. on the top left and save the template file to a location you will remember.
Now that the label template is created, you need to upload it to OrderTrac. In OrderTrac, click on Account > Label Templates. Click on New Label Template on the top right.
Enter a name for the template, select Item for the type if the template is for a regular item, or POS Item if the template is for POS items. Select the template file you saved earlier. Click Save and the template will be uploaded for you to then use!
